Retrograde Venus in Ninth House in Pisces
When retrograde Venus is placed in the ninth house of a horoscope in Pisces, Cancer rises in the ascendant. Venus rules the fourth and eleventh house. In general, it is benefic here, in most cases. Venus rules the fourth and eleventh house, and it is placed in the ninth house.
