Retrograde Saturn in 6th House in Sagittarius
When retrograde Saturn is placed in the sixth house of a horoscope in Sagittarius, Cancer rises in the ascendant. Saturn rules the seventh and eighth house. In general, it is partly benefic and partly malefic here, though the malefic part is higher, in most cases. Retrograde Saturn in the sixth house of horoscope in Sagittarius is malefic in many cases, though it may turn benefic in some cases. It may happen when such Saturn is influenced by one or more benefic planets, and/or an overall benefic horoscope. In this case, the native may become a doctor. He may engage in private practice, and he may witness good amount of success, money and recognition.
If benefic Sun is placed in the first house in Cancer, the equation may become better. In this case, the native may possess remarkable knowledge of his field, and he may come across very good amount of success, money, recognition and growth. After his age of 35/40, he may start his own hospital, and he may witness growth with time. If the finer factors and running times are supportive, he may become a well-recognized doctor by his age of 50/55, and he may have his net worth in multimillions.

On the other hand, malefic retrograde Saturn in the sixth house of a horoscope in Sagittarius can trouble the native with problems related to marriage, husband, wife, health, lifespan, profession, finances, reputation, authority, recognition and several other problems, depending on his/her overall horoscope and running times.
Saturn rules the seventh and eighth house, and it is placed in the sixth house. If such retrograde Saturn is influenced by malefic planets, and/or an overall malefic horoscope, the native may witness delay/disturbances in marriage, and/or one or more failed marriages. He may have serious differences of opinion with his wife, she may suffer from a long-lasting illness, she may be an alcoholic and/or a drug addict, she may be a criminal, she may not be loyal to him, she may have extramarital affair/affairs, and/or she may die within 10 or 5 years of marriage. If Venus is placed in the second house in Leo with Rahu, and Moon is placed in the eighth house in Aquarius with Ketu, the equation may become more troublesome. Grahan Yoga is formed in the eighth house. In this case, native’s first marriage may fail, and he may not get married again. He may die before his age of 35 or 30. He may die in an accident, or he may get killed by someone. Considering an accident, he may fall off a mountain while trying to climb it, and he may die.
