Retrograde Saturn in 12th House in Scorpio
When retrograde Saturn is placed in the twelfth house of a horoscope in Scorpio, Sagittarius rises in the ascendant. Saturn rules the second and third house. In general, it is benefic here, in most cases. Retrograde Saturn in the twelfth house of horoscope in Scorpio is benefic in most cases, though it may turn malefic in some cases. If benefic retrograde Jupiter is placed in the eleventh house in Libra with Moon, the equation may become better. If debilitated Mars is placed in the eighth house in Cancer, and malefic Moon is placed in the tenth house in Virgo, the equation may become more troublesome.
