Retrograde Saturn in 10th House in Scorpio
When retrograde Saturn is placed in the tenth house of a horoscope in Scorpio, Aquarius rises in the ascendant. Saturn rules the first and twelfth house. In general, it is partly benefic and partly malefic here, though the benefic part is higher, in most cases.
