Retrograde Mars in Eleventh House in Virgo
When retrograde Mars is placed in the eleventh house of a horoscope in Virgo, Scorpio rises in the ascendant. Mars rules the first and sixth house. In general, it is partly benefic and partly malefic here, though the benefic part is higher, in most cases.
