Retrograde Jupiter in Ninth House in Gemini
When retrograde Jupiter is placed in the ninth house of a horoscope in Gemini, Libra rises in the ascendant. Jupiter rules the third and sixth house. In general, it is partly benefic and partly malefic here, though the malefic part is higher, in most cases.
