Mars signifies brothers, friends, supporters, colleagues, people working in police force, army and other such forces, arms, ammunition, weapons, physical strength and power, bravery, the ability to fight, blood and many other important people, things and professions. When Mars is malefic in a horoscope and it afflicts Sun by virtue of its placement in some house of the horoscope along with Sun, Pitra Dosh is formed in the horoscope due to malefic Mars. Similarly, if malefic and fully active Mars is placed in the ninth house of a horoscope or it is placed with the lord of the ninth house in a horoscope, Pitra Dosh is formed in the horoscope. Pitra Dosh formed by Mars can trouble the native with many types of problems which may differ from person to person depending on the overall tone of their horoscopes.
The formation of Pitra Dosh in a horoscope due to malefic Mars indicates that the native as one of his ancestors had done bad karmas related to the significances of Mars in his past lives or he had misused the abilities given by Mars in his past lives. This formed a karmic debt of Mars on such native and accordingly, Mars becomes malefic and it forms Pitra Dosh in his horoscope of this life by afflicting Sun or by afflicting the ninth house of his horoscope. It should be noted that only the natives who had committed such bad karmas towards their brothers as their ancestors are likely to have this type of Pitra Dosh. The reason of such financial losses and the quantum of such financial losses depend on the strength of such Pitra Dosh and on the overall horoscope of the native, which further depend on the type and quantum of bad karmas committed by the native towards his brother; in his past life.
Some natives suffering from this type of Pitra Dosh may have to lend money to their brothers many times in their lives and in most cases, the money lent by these natives may not be returned by their brothers. On the contrary, such brothers may keep asking for more and more money from time to time; and the circumstances may be such; that these natives under the impact of such Pitra Dosh may have to give such money to their brothers, even if they don’t want to. The native suffering from such Pitra Dosh may have to take care of his younger brother for a long period of time or for a very long period of time due to various reasons, depending on his overall horoscope. For instance, if malefic Saturn is placed in the eighth house of this horoscope in the sign of Gemini along with malefic Sun; the native under the malefic impact of such Pitra Dosh and other malefic planets may lose his father at a young age. The native under the combined effect of such Pitra Dosh and other malefic planets may be the eldest brother and he may have to raise his siblings by working hard, as their mother may not engage in a profession.
At the same time, if malefic Rahu is placed in the tenth house of this horoscope in the sign of Leo and malefic Ketu is placed in the fourth house of this horoscope in the sign of Aquarius along with malefic Mars and Moon when all other planets are placed in the already mentioned houses, the problem may intensify. Looking at more possibilities, some natives suffering from this type of Pitra Dosh may remain jobless and without any money; and they may have to depend on their brothers for their bread and butter. Though their brothers may provide such bread and butter, they may treat these natives very badly and they may make them feel small every now and then, in front of many people. For example, if malefic Mars forms Pitra Dosh in the twelfth house of a horoscope by virtue of its presence along with debilitated Sun in the sign of Libra, the native may face such problems. The native under the malefic impact of such Pitra Dosh may remain jobless from time to time and he may have to depend on his brother for help.
Though his brother may help him, he may treat this native very bad and he may make him feel small whenever he asks for such help, due to the malefic impact of such Pitra Dosh. In an extreme case of this type when such Pitra Dosh is strong and supported by other malefic planets; the brother of the native may kill him in order to gain some profits from his death.
For example, if Pitra Dosh is formed in a horoscope due to the presence of malefic Mars in the third house of this horoscope in the sign of Scorpio along with malefic Venus when malefic Sun is placed in the first house of this horoscope in the sign of Virgo, malefic Mercury is placed in the twelfth house of this horoscope in the sign of Leo and malefic retrograde Jupiter is placed in the eighth house of this horoscope in the sign of Aries, the native may face serious problems. The brother of this native may form a physical relationship with the wife of this native and provoked by his wife, he may kill this native suffering from such Pitra Dosh and other malefic planets.

The wife of such a native may have suffered a lot, which formed karmic debt of Venus as well as Mars and as a result, malefic Mars and Venus may form Pitra Dosh in the seventh house of the horoscope of the native.
For instance, if malefic Mars is placed in the seventh house of a horoscope in the sign of Taurus along with malefic Venus and Sun, such Pitra Dosh may be formed. Both Mars and Venus being malefic in nature may form Pitra Dosh in this horoscope, which can make the native suffer on account of various types of problems in his married life. The wife of this native may file a police case against him and he may have to spend significant period of time in prison, along with facing many other types of problems due to the malefic impact of such Pitra Dosh.
At the same time, if malefic Mercury is placed in the eighth house of this horoscope in the sign of Gemini along with Moon, double Pitra Dosh may be formed in this horoscope, as Moon being the lord of the ninth house may get afflicted by malefic Mercury.
