The Fourth house of horoscope represents mother, home, family, community, nation, traditions, beliefs, security, education, properties, vehicles, emotional and mental health, emotional wellbeing, peace of mind and many other things.
Since the fourth house represents emotional and mental health as well as mother and family; it becomes an important house for relationships like marriage. Suppose malefic Mars forms Manglik Dosh in the fourth house of a horoscope in Virgo and benefic exalted Mercury is also placed in the same house. Mercury is stronger than Mars in Virgo. Such benefic combination may produce good or very good results related to education, profession, health and overall wellbeing of the native; depending on his overall horoscope.
Since the malefic effect of Manglik Dosh on marriage is reduced a lot; the event of marriage as well as the health of marriage now depends on Venus and Jupiter, in case the native is male; and on Jupiter in case the native is female. Jupiter rules the seventh house in this horoscope. Hence it becomes the general as well as the specific signifier of marriage; in case the native is female.

Suppose malefic Mars forms Manglik Dosh in the fourth house of a horoscope in Virgo and malefic debilitated Venus is also placed in the same house. Venus is partly malefic in this horoscope. However, the combined effect of weakness due to debilitation and affliction from Mars may turn it into a significantly malefic planet in the horoscope.
In this case, Manglik Dosh may gain even more strength and such malefic combination may hit a number of spheres of this native’s life. Among them; the sphere of marriage may be hit most severely; in case the native is male. Hence this malefic combination may break two or three marriages of the native on its own.
If malefic exalted Rahu is also placed in the fourth house along with Mars and Venus; the problems may intensify. This combination may turn highly malefic and all three planets may afflict one another. Hence such malefic combination may create problems related to all spheres represented by these planets.
