Jupiter Yantra / Guru Yantra
Jupiter yantra or Guru yantra may be used to increase strength of Jupiter and gain benefits from it. Hence Jupiter yantra may be used when Jupiter is duly benefic and it may also be used for partly benefic and partly malefic Jupiter in many cases. However, Jupiter yantra is generally not used for highly malefic Jupiter. An exception to this rule may be in case when Jupiter is a converted malefic in a horoscope. This concept has been discussed in the article ‘How do yantras Work’.
In general, Jupiter yantra seems to do the same job that Yellow Sapphire may do. Though the broader results provided by Jupiter yantra and Yellow Sapphire may be similar; there are differences. These differences have been discussed in the article ‘How do yantras Work’.
As Jupiter gains extra strength through Guru yantra; the native may witness better results related to general as well as specific significances of Jupiter; provided Jupiter is duly or partly benefic in his horoscope or it is a converted malefic. Taking an example, suppose Jupiter is placed in the ninth house of a horoscope in Scorpio along with malefic Sun, Saturn and Ketu.
Jupiter rules the first and tenth house in this horoscope, it is benefic and it is afflicted by three malefic planets. Hence it may convert into a malefic planet. In this case, Jupiter yantra may help the native achieve better results by supplying more energy to Jupiter. As the native establishes Jupiter yantra and he starts attending to it regularly; he may witness better and better results. In the present case; the native may witness better results related to profession, marriage (female native), health, lifespan, reputation, public image, authority, fame, father, spiritual growth and luck factor among other things.
Though Guru yantra may produce similar or better results than Yellow Sapphire; the latter is still much more preferred by most astrologer. This is because of the reason that a native wearing Yellow Sapphire doesn’t need to do anything in order to get such benefits through it; apart from wearing it. On the other hand, a native using Jupiter yantra may need to pray to it on daily basis in order to benefit from it.
To have an idea; in order to witness similar benefits as those given by a 5 carat Yellow Sapphire of good quality, the native may need to chant about 1500 to 2000 Veda mantras or Beej mantras of Jupiter on daily basis. Since the process is time consuming; most natives may choose to go with Yellow Sapphire instead of Jupiter yantra. However, if a native is not able to afford Yellow Sapphire; Guru yantra may do the job in such case, though it may require effort from native’s end.
In order for Jupiter yantra to render proper benefits to a native; it should first be purified, energized and programmed for the native through Vedic procedures. Looking at the process; Guru yantra is purified in the first step. Through Vedic procedures; any type of negative energy attached to this yantra is removed during this step. Since many people may have left their energy/aura imprints on Jupiter yantra before you buy it; these imprints need to be removed.
In the second step; this yantra is energized and programmed for you. For this; your as well as your father’s name may be used. Hence the yantra is prepared and energized specifically for you; with the chant of Jupiter mantras. In general; 11,000 Veda mantras or Beej mantras of Jupiter are used to energize this yantra and they are more than sufficient to energize it. If the number of mantras is reduced a lot; the process of energization may not be carried out properly and the native may not benefit from Guru yantra in the best possible way.
Once you receive your purified, energized and programmed Jupiter yantra; the next step is to establish it in your house, office, wallet or pocket; depending on the size of Jupiter yantra you have chosen. The most commonly used size of this yantra is fit for establishing it in your house or office. For best results, you should establish Jupiter yantra on a Thursday and you should establish it in the place of worship in your house or office; in case you have chosen a bigger size. If you’ve chosen a smaller size, you can keep it in your pocket or wallet.
During the time your Jupiter yantra reaches you and you establish it; you can keep it at any clean place, like in a cupboard. After taking bath on a Thursday morning (7 AM to 11 AM), take your yantra and go the place you want to establish it. Place the yantra there, sprinkle some holy water or unboiled milk on your Guru yantra, chant 108 Beej mantras of Jupiter, pray to Jupiter and ask for the best possible results. Your Jupiter yantra has been established. In case you need to keep it in your pocket; place it somewhere clean after taking bath; complete the aforementioned steps and then put it in your pocket.
In order to receive sufficient energy through this yantra, you need to attend to it on daily basis. Every day after taking bath or preparing yourself for the day, go to the place where your Jupiter yantra has been placed. Focus on it, chant 108 or more mantras of Jupiter and then request your specific wishes from this yantra. In case you are carrying this yantra in your pocket, simply hold it in your hands after bath, focus on it, chant 108 or more mantras of Jupiter and request your wishes from this yantra. Attending to your Jupiter yantra on regular basis establishes proper connection between you and the yantra; which helps you get optimum benefits through it.
