Debilitated Venus in Seventh House
When debilitated Venus is placed in the seventh house in a horoscope, Pisces rises in the ascendant. Debilitated Venus is malefic in the seventh house in many cases though it may turn benefic in some cases. This may happen when Venus is influenced by benefic planets, such as through conjunction and/or aspects. As the number of benefic planets and the strengths of such planets increase, Venus may become more benefic.
Since Venus is weak due to debilitation, it may become easy for benefic planets to add positivity to Venus. If debilitated Venus is influenced by one or more than one benefic planet in the seventh house, it may turn significantly or highly benefic. Apart from that, the overall theme of horoscope having such debilitated Venus can also turn it benefic in some cases, when such theme is benefic. Let’s look at some results which may be given by debilitated Venus in the seventh house when it is benefic. Such benefic debilitated Venus can bless the native with several types of good results through marriage. The native may get married to a woman who may be rich, famous, creative, an officer in government and/or a foreign citizen and he may witness benefits through marriage. Taking an example, suppose debilitated Venus is placed in the seventh house of a horoscope in Virgo with benefic exalted Mercury. Saturn is placed in the first house in Pisces, benefic Rahu is placed in the fourth house in Gemini, Ketu is placed in the tenth house in Sagittarius, debilitated Sun is placed in the eighth house in Libra and benefic Jupiter is placed in the ninth house in Scorpio. In this case, the native may get married to a woman who may be the citizen of a foreign country and he may get the citizenship of such country on the basis of his marriage. The native may witness good professional results in such foreign country and he may also enjoy a good marriage, provided the overall horoscope and running times are favourable for these results.
If benefic debilitated Moon as well as benefic Mars is placed in the ninth house in Scorpio with Jupiter, the equation may become better. Mars may cancel the debilitation status of Moon and Neechbhang Rajyoga may be formed in the ninth house. Jupiter and Moon may form Gaj Kesari Yoga whereas Moon and Mars may form Chandra Mangal Yoga in the ninth house. In this case, the native may settle abroad, he may get married to a foreign citizen and he may enjoy a very good marriage, provided the finer factors and running times are supportive. The native may engage in a profession related to software, IT, computers, scientific field or creative field and he may witness wonderful results. If the finer factors and running times are favourable, the native may earn billions through his profession. He may witness the beginning of great professional rise after the age of 40 and he may never look back after that.
Such benefic debilitated Venus can bless the native with a post of authority in government, through job or through politics. Hence the native may achieve success as a doctor, engineer, scientist, revenue officer, army officer, police officer, naval officer, air force officer, fire fighting officer, administrative officer, foreign services officer, health officer, information and broadcast officer, politician or some other type of professional.

On the other hand, malefic debilitated Venus in the seventh house of horoscope can trouble the native with problems related to marriage, husband, wife, siblings, health, lifespan, profession, finances, reputation and several other problems, depending on his overall horoscope.
Such malefic debilitated Venus can trouble the native with delay in marriage, it can disturb his marriage/marriages and/or it can break one or more marriages of the native. Taking an example, suppose malefic debilitated Venus is placed in the seventh house of a horoscope in Virgo with benefic Mars. A combination of Malefic Sun and benefic Mercury is placed in the sixth house in Leo, malefic Rahu is placed in the eighth house in Libra and malefic Ketu is placed in the second house in Aries. In this case, the native may get married in time or he may witness an early marriage, like before the age of 25. However, he may face serious differences of opinion with his wife and the couple may argue/fight a lot on regular basis. The marriage may eventually fail in a year or two, unless there are grace saving factors in the horoscope.
Looking at such grace saving factors, if a benefic combination of Jupiter and Moon is placed in the first house in Pisces and Saturn is placed in the twelfth house in Aquarius, the equation may improve. Jupiter and Moon may form Gaj Kesari Yoga in the first house. If this is the horoscope of a female native, she may enjoy a good or very good marriage, depending on the finer factors and running times. If this is the horoscope of a male native, he may witness problems during the initial phase of his marriage but the couple may finally be able to sort out their problems, primarily because of native’s liberal as well as understanding approach. Hence the marriage may survive and the couple may build a solid marriage over the years.
Looking at a different variation, suppose the recent placements of Jupiter, Moon and Saturn are annulled. Suppose Moon as well as malefic debilitated Saturn is placed in the second house in Aries with Ketu, and Jupiter is placed in the eighth house in Libra with Rahu. Grahan Yoga may be formed in the second house whereas Guru Chandal Yoga may be formed in the eighth house. In this case, the native may suffer from two, three or more failed marriages, depending on the finer factors and running times.
Apart from these, malefic debilitated Venus in the seventh house of horoscope can trouble the native with several other problems, depending on his overall horoscope and running times.
