Debilitated Venus in Twelfth House
When debilitated Venus is placed in the twelfth house in a horoscope, Libra rises in the ascendant. Debilitated Venus is benefic in the twelfth house in some cases though it may turn malefic in some cases. This may happen when Venus is afflicted by malefic planets, such as through conjunction and/or aspects. As the number of malefic planets and the strengths of such planets increase, Venus may become more malefic.
Since Venus is weak due to debilitation, it may become easy for malefic planets to add negativity to Venus. If debilitated Venus is afflicted by one or more than one malefic planet in the twelfth house, it may turn significantly or highly malefic. Apart from that, the overall theme of horoscope having such debilitated Venus can also turn it malefic in some cases, when such theme is malefic. If benefic Mars is placed in the first house in Libra with Saturn and Mercury, Jupiter is placed in the eighth house in Taurus and benefic Moon is placed in the third house in Sagittarius, the equation may become better. In this case, the native may go abroad on the basis of his profession, he may fall in love with a woman who may be a native foreigner, he may get married to her and he may receive foreign citizenship on the basis of his marriage. The native may enjoy a good marriage, though there may be occasional problems. He may start his own business after the age of 30 or 35, and he may deal in a scientific field, creative field or hospitality industry; depending on the finer factors and running times. The native may earn very good amount of success, money and recognition through his business.

On the other hand, malefic debilitated Venus in the twelfth house of horoscope can trouble the native with problems related to marriage, wife, health, lifespan, profession, finances, reputation and several other problems, depending on his overall horoscope.
In horoscopes with Virgo ascendant, Venus rules the first and eighth house. Both these houses represent lifespan, among other things. Since Venus is very weak and it is placed in a difficult house, the native may suffer from various types of health problems and he may also witness reduction in lifespan, depending on his overall horoscope and running times.
Taking an example, suppose debilitated Venus is placed in the twelfth house of a horoscope with Sun. Mercury is placed in the first in Libra, malefic exalted Rahu is placed in the eighth house in Taurus with malefic Jupiter, Moon is placed in the sixth house in Pisces and malefic exalted Ketu is placed in the second house in Scorpio. Guru Chandal Yoga is formed in the eighth house. In this case, the native may suffer from various health problems which may trouble him and which may reduce his lifespan. Depending on the overall horoscope and running times, the native may also get addicted to harmful drugs and he may face health problems because of them. The native may die before the age of 60 or that of 50, unless there are grace saving factors in his horoscope.
If Saturn is placed in the sixth house in Pisces with Moon, and Mars is placed in the eighth house in Taurus with Jupiter and Rahu, the equation may become more troublesome. In this case, the native may suffer from a terminal disease and he may die before the age of 45 or 40, depending on the finer factors and running times. The native may die because of brain cancer, blood cancer or some other type of cancer.
Apart from these, malefic debilitated Venus in the twelfth house of horoscope can trouble the native with several other problems, depending on his overall horoscope running times.
