Debilitated Rahu in Twelfth House
Rahu is debilitated in Scorpio as well as in Pisces. For the sake of this discussion, we’ll consider both these placements of Rahu. Debilitated Rahu is benefic in the twelfth house in some cases whereas it may turn malefic in some cases. The influences of other benefic and malefic planets on Rahu and the overall theme of horoscope are important criteria when it comes to decide the functional nature of Rahu in a horoscope.
As the number and strengths of benefic and/or malefic planets influencing Rahu in a horoscope increase, Rahu may become more benefic or malefic. Taking an example, suppose benefic debilitated Rahu is placed in the twelfth house of a horoscope in Scorpio with Venus. Debilitated Ketu is placed in the sixth house in Taurus, benefic Mercury is placed in the first house in Sagittarius with Moon, and benefic debilitated Jupiter is placed in the second house in Capricorn with exalted Mars. In this case, the native may engage in automobile industry. He may start a business related to sales of various types of automobiles and he may come across good amount of success, money and recognition through such business. The native may also be interested in politics and he may actively engage in it, after the age of 35 or 40, depending on his overall horoscope and running times.
If benefic Saturn is placed in the fourth house in Pisces and benefic Sun is placed in the first house in Sagittarius with Mercury and Moon, the equation may become better. Sun and Mercury may form Budhaditya Yoga in the first house. In this case, the native may set up an automobile manufacturing unit after the age of 35 or 40, and he may witness a lot of success, money and recognition through his profession. The native may witness good results after 35, better results after 45 and very good results after 50. By the age of 60 or 65, he may become the owner of an automobile company, which may be worth in billions. The native may engage in politics after the age of 45 or 50, he may win public elections more than once in his life, and he may become a member of parliament of his country. Such malefic Rahu can make the native interested in harmful substances and the native may get addicted to them, if such Rahu is influenced by malefic planets and/or an overall malefic horoscope. Taking an example, suppose malefic debilitated Rahu is placed in the twelfth house of a horoscope in Pisces with exalted Venus. Malefic Mercury is placed in the first house in Aries, Jupiter is placed in the second house in Taurus, malefic debilitated Ketu is placed in the sixth house in Virgo with Saturn, and benefic Moon is placed in the seventh house in Libra. In this case, the native may get addicted to alcohol and/or drugs and he may consume them on regular basis. He may suffer from various types of problems and he may witness reduction in lifespan. The native may die before the age of 60, 55 or 50, depending on the overall horoscope and running times.
If Mars is placed in the second house in Taurus with Jupiter, and Sun is placed in the twelfth house in Pisces with Venus and Rahu, the equation may become more troublesome. Grahan Yoga is formed in the twelfth house. In this case, the native may consume harmful drugs in heavy quantities as well as on regular basis. Hence the native may die before the age of 45, 40 or 35, depending on the finer factors and running times.
