Debilitated Mercury in Seventh House
When debilitated Mercury is placed in the seventh house in a horoscope, Virgo rises in the ascendant. Debilitated Mercury is benefic in the seventh house in most cases though it may turn malefic in some cases. This may happen when Mercury is afflicted by malefic planets, such as through conjunction and/or aspects. As the number of malefic planets and the strengths of such planets increase, Mercury may become more malefic.
Since Mercury is weak due to debilitation, it may become easy for malefic planets to add negativity to Mercury. If debilitated Mercury is afflicted by one or more than one malefic planet in the seventh house, it may turn significantly or highly malefic. Apart from that, the overall theme of horoscope having such debilitated Mercury can also turn it malefic in some cases, when such theme is malefic. Let’s look at some results which may be given by debilitated Mercury in the seventh house when it is benefic. Such benefic debilitated Mercury can bless the native with good results related to health, lifespan, marriage, husband, wife, profession, finances, fame, reputation, authority and several other good results, depending on his overall horoscope and running times.
Such benefic debilitated Mercury can bless the native with several types of benefic results related to or through marriage. Hence the native may get married to a woman who may be beautiful, friendly, loyal, liberal, rich, creative, famous, an officer in government and/or a foreign citizen, depending on his overall horoscope and running times. Taking an example, suppose benefic debilitated Mercury is placed in the seventh house of a horoscope in Pisces with benefic exalted Venus. Neechbhang Rajyoga and Malavya Yoga are formed in the seventh house. Suppose Sun is placed in the sixth house in Aquarius, benefic exalted Jupiter is placed in the eleventh house in Cancer, and benefic exalted Moon is placed in the ninth house in Taurus. In this case, the native may get married to a woman who may be beautiful as well as creative. She may be a celebrity working in a creative filed and she may come across good amount of success, money, fame and recognition through her profession. The couple may enjoy a good marriage.
If benefic Rahu is placed in the eleventh house in Cancer with Jupiter, Ketu is placed in the fifth house in Capricorn and exalted Saturn is placed in the second house in Libra with Mars, the equation may become better. In this case, the native may himself be a celebrity dealing in a creative field, like he may be an actor. He may fall in love with a female actor and he may get married to her. Native’s wife may be one of the most successful actors of her time and she may earn billions through movies and advertisements. The couple may enjoy a good marriage which may last till the end. The couple may have one or two children and they may achieve success through creative fields.
Apart from these, benefic debilitated Mercury in the seventh house of horoscope can bless the native with several other good results, depending on his overall horoscope and running times.
On the other hand, malefic debilitated Mercury in the seventh house of horoscope can trouble the native with problems related to marriage, wife, husband, health, lifespan, profession, reputation, finances and several other problems, depending on his overall horoscope.
Mercury rules the first house and it is weak due to debilitation. This may have bad impact on native’s health and lifespan. If such debilitated Mercury is influenced by malefic planets and/or an overall malefic horoscope, the native may face problems related to health and lifespan. Since Mercury is placed in the seventh house which deals with marriage and wife, the native may also face problems related to these spheres.
Taking an example, suppose debilitated Mercury is placed in the seventh house of a horoscope in Pisces with malefic Sun. Venus is placed in the sixth house in Aquarius with Saturn, malefic exalted Rahu is placed in the ninth house in Taurus, and malefic exalted Ketu is placed in the third house in Scorpio with malefic Mars. In this case, the native may witness various types of health issues which may trouble him and they may reduce his lifespan. Hence the native may die before the age of 65 or 60, depending on his overall horoscope and running times. He may also witness delay in marriage and/or one or more failed marriages, on account of serious problems in them, unless there are grace saving factors in his horoscope.
Looking at such grace saving factors, suppose benefic exalted Jupiter is placed in the eleventh house in Cancer with benefic Moon. Gaj Kesari Yoga is formed in the eleventh house. In this case, the native may witness some delay as well as disturbances in his marriage, especially in the beginning phase. However, the couple may sort out their differences and the marriage may sustain. The native may suffer from health problems, especially after the age of 35. However, he may be able to keep them under control and he may live beyond the age of 65 or 70, depending on the finer factors and running times.
Considering a different variation, suppose the recent placements of Jupiter and Moon are annulled. Suppose Jupiter is placed in the third house in Scorpio with malefic Mars and Ketu, and Moon is placed in the twelfth house in Leo. In this case, the native may suffer from serious health problems which may trouble him a lot and they may reduce his lifespan. The native may die before the age of 45, 40 or 35, depending on the finer factors and running times. If the native dies after 35, he may die because of a fatal disease. If he dies before 35, he may die in an accident or he may get killed.
Apart from these, malefic debilitated Mercury in the seventh house of horoscope can trouble the native with several other problems, depending on his overall horoscope and running times.
