Debilitated Jupiter in Twelfth House
When debilitated Jupiter is placed in the twelfth house in a horoscope, Aquarius rises in the ascendant. Debilitated Jupiter is benefic in the twelfth house in many cases though it may turn malefic in some cases. This may happen when Jupiter is afflicted by malefic planets, such as through conjunction and/or aspects. As the number of malefic planets and the strengths of such planets increase, Jupiter may become more malefic.
Since Jupiter is weak due to debilitation, it may become easy for malefic planets to add negativity to Jupiter. If debilitated Jupiter is afflicted by one or more than one malefic planet in the twelfth house, it may turn significantly or highly malefic. Apart from that, the overall theme of horoscope having such debilitated Jupiter can also turn it malefic in some cases, when such theme is malefic. Let’s look at some results which may be given by debilitated Jupiter in the twelfth house when it is benefic. Such benefic debilitated Jupiter can bless the native with good results related to profession, finances, reputation, wealth, family, speech, friends, foreign lands, spiritual growth and several other good results, depending on his overall horoscope.
Such benefic debilitated Jupiter can take the native to foreign lands and he may permanently settle abroad, if his overall horoscope is supportive. If the native is male, he may settle abroad on the basis of profession whereas if the native is female, she may settle abroad on the basis of her marriage.
Taking an example for a male native, suppose benefic debilitated Jupiter is placed in the twelfth house of a horoscope in Capricorn along with benefic exalted Mars. Suppose benefic Sun is placed in the seventh house in Leo with Mercury, benefic Venus is placed in the ninth house in Libra, Saturn is placed in the fifth house in Gemini with Ketu, and benefic Rahu is placed in the eleventh house in Sagittarius. In this case, the native may go to a foreign country on the basis of his profession and he may settle there permanently. The native may come across very good amount of success, money and recognition through his profession in such country. He may get married to a woman who may be the citizen of his own country, but she may have settled in the same foreign country. The native may enjoy a good marriage.
Taking an example for a female native, suppose benefic debilitated Jupiter is placed in the twelfth house of a horoscope in Capricorn along with benefic exalted Mars. Benefic Mars may cancel the debilitation status of Jupiter and Neechbhang Rajyoga may be formed in the horoscope. Suppose benefic exalted Rahu is placed in the fourth house in Taurus, exalted Ketu is placed in the tenth house in Scorpio, a benefic combination of Saturn and Venus is placed in the first house in Aquarius, debilitated Mercury is placed in the second house in Pisces, benefic exalted Sun is placed in the third house in Aries and Moon is placed in the eighth house in Virgo. In this case, the native may get married to a man who may be the native citizen of a foreign country and she may settle abroad on the basis of her marriage. Her husband may belong to a religion different than her religion.
Such benefic debilitated Jupiter can help the native achieve success as an astrologer, tantric, psychic, spiritual guru, religious guru, healer, doctor, consultant, scientist, engineer, explorer, discoverer, analyst, astronomer, astronaut, software developer, IT professional, computer programmer, air force officer, pilot, foreign services officer or some other type of professional, depending on his overall horoscope and running times.
Apart from these, benefic debilitated Jupiter in the twelfth house of horoscope can bless the native with several other good results, depending on his overall horoscope.
On the other hand, malefic debilitated Jupiter in the twelfth house of horoscope can trouble the native with problems related to marriage (females), profession, finances, reputation, family, friends and several other problems, depending on his overall horoscope.
Since Jupiter rules the second and eleventh house in this case, such placement of debilitated Jupiter may especially prove troublesome for profession and financial aspect of the native. Hence the native may witness delays, setbacks, failures, financial losses, bad reputation, court cases, job loss, discontinuation of profession and other problems, through his profession. Taking an example, suppose debilitated Jupiter is placed in the twelfth house of a horoscope in Capricorn. A malefic combination of Mercury and debilitated Moon is placed in the tenth house in Scorpio, debilitated Sun is placed in the ninth house in Libra, debilitated Venus is placed in the eighth house in Virgo and debilitated Mars is placed in the sixth house in Cancer.
In this case, the native may not find a permanent profession till the age of 35 or 40. He may not earn much from his profession, he may keep changing jobs and he may have to remain jobless for periods of more than 6 months, many times in his life. If malefic Ketu is placed in the twelfth house in Capricorn with Jupiter, malefic Rahu is placed in the sixth house in Cancer with Mars, and Saturn is placed in the eighth house in Virgo with Venus, the equation may become more troublesome. Guru Chandal Yoga is formed in the twelfth house whereas Angarak Yoga is formed in the sixth house. In this case, the native may not find a permanent profession, throughout his life. He may only find temporary and low-paying jobs from time to time; and he may remain jobless for periods of more than 1 year, many times in his life. The native may spend his entire life in financial tightness or poverty, depending on the finer factors and running times.
Apart from these, malefic debilitated Jupiter in the twelfth house of horoscope can trouble the native with several other problems, depending on his overall horoscope and running times.
