Debilitated Jupiter in Fourth House
When debilitated Jupiter is placed in the fourth house of a horoscope in Capricorn, Libra rises in the ascendant. Jupiter rules the third and sixth house. In general, it is partly benefic and partly malefic here, though the malefic part is higher, in most cases.
