Debilitated Mars in Fifth House
When debilitated Mars is placed in the fifth house in a horoscope, Pisces rises in the ascendant. Debilitated Mars is benefic in the fifth house in most cases though it may turn malefic in some cases. This may happen when Mars is afflicted by malefic planets, such as through conjunction and/or aspects. As the number of malefic planets and the strengths of such planets increase, Mars may become more malefic.
Since Mars is weak due to debilitation, it may become easy for malefic planets to add negativity to Mars. If debilitated Mars is afflicted by one or more than one malefic planet in the fifth house, it may turn significantly or highly malefic. Apart from that, the overall theme of horoscope having such debilitated Mars can also turn it malefic in some cases, when such theme is malefic. Let’s look at some results which may be given by debilitated Mars in the fifth house when it is benefic. Such benefic debilitated Mars can bless the native with good results related to family, children, father, love life, creativity, spiritual growth, profession, finances, wealth, fame, reputation, authority and several other good results, depending on his overall horoscope and running times.
Such benefic Mars can render creative abilities to the native. Hence the native may achieve success as a singer, actor, musician, writer, architect, fashion designer, interior designer, video game developer, software developer or some other type of creative professional, depending on his overall horoscope and running times.
Such benefic debilitated Mars can bless the native with a post of authority in government. Hence the native may achieve success as a doctor, lawyer, judge, health officer, revenue officer, administrative officer, foreign services officer, information and broadcast officer, education officer, politician or some other type of professional, depending on his overall horoscope and running times.
Taking an example, suppose benefic debilitated Mars is placed in the fifth house of a horoscope in Cancer with benefic exalted Jupiter. These two planets may form Neechbhang Rajyoga in the fifth house. Suppose Venus is placed in the second house in Aries, Sun is placed in the third house in Taurus, Saturn is placed in the eleventh house in Capricorn, benefic Rahu is placed in the sixth house in Leo and Ketu is placed in the twelfth house in Aquarius. In this case, the native may become a revenue officer. He may get selected for a high rank in revenue services and he may come across good amount of success, authority and recognition as a revenue officer.
If benefic Mercury is placed in the third house in Taurus with Sun, and benefic Moon is placed in the fourth house in Gemini, the equation may improve. In this case, the native may get selected for the highest possible direct rank in revenue services, by virtue of achieving success in competitive exams. The native may work in the direct taxation department and he may come across very good amount of success, recognition and authority as a revenue officer. He may serve on several important posts during his career and he may accomplish a lot. The native may join politics after retirement or he may quit his job after the age of 40 or 45; and he may join politics. The native may win several public elections and he may become minister in the government, more than once in his life.
Apart from these, benefic debilitated Mars in the fifth house of horoscope can bless the native with several other good results, depending on his overall horoscope and running times.
On the other hand, malefic debilitated Mars in the fifth house of horoscope can trouble the native with problems related to children, father, family, love life, profession, finances, reputation and several other problems, depending on his overall horoscope.
Debilitated Mars in the fifth house almost never goes malefic on its own. Hence it has to be influenced by malefic planets and/or the overall horoscope must be malefic, for such Mars to produce negative results. Such debilitated Mars can trouble the native with various types of problems related to his father and/or those related to his children. Taking an example, suppose debilitated Mars is placed in the fifth house of a horoscope in Cancer with malefic Saturn. Malefic debilitated Sun is placed in the eighth house in Libra, malefic Rahu is placed in the first house in Pisces and Ketu is placed in the seventh house in Virgo. In this case, the native may lose his father to death, before native’s age of 20, 15 or 10, unless there are some grace saving factors in his horoscope.
Looking at such factors, suppose benefic exalted Jupiter is placed in the fifth house in Cancer with Mars and Saturn, benefic Mercury is placed in the ninth house in Scorpio, debilitated Venus is placed in the seventh house in Virgo with Ketu, and benefic Moon is placed in the eleventh house in Capricorn. Mars and Jupiter may form Neechbhang Rajyoga in the fifth house, Moon may add more positivity to this combination through direct aspect from the eleventh house; and benefic Mercury may empower the ninth house. In this case, the native may not lose his father till native’s age of 35 or 40. His father may be a doctor, engineer or scientist working with the government and the native may enjoy a good relationship with his father.
Looking at another variation, suppose the recent placements of Jupiter, Mercury, Venus and Moon are annulled. Suppose malefic Venus as well as Mercury is placed in the eighth house in Libra with Sun, benefic Jupiter is placed in tenth house in Sagittarius and benefic exalted Moon is placed in the third house in Taurus. In this case, the native may lose his father to death, before his age of 10 years or that of 5, depending on the finer factors and running times.
Apart from these, malefic debilitated Mars in the fifth house of horoscope can trouble the native with several other problems, depending on his overall horoscope and running times.
