The combustion effect given by Sun to Jupiter when a combination of them is placed in the fourth house of a horoscope in the sign of Libra is not very strong and hence Jupiter may not lose much of its power due to combustion, in this situation. This is due to the reason that Sun is debilitated in the sign of Libra and hence it gets weak due to such debilitation.
