In order to gain more positive energy, you should engage in more positive karmas. Doing so is essential but it may not be sufficient. There are other factors which are important and some of them may become more important if you don’t wish to achieve any type of good results and you want to achieve specific good results.

The first thing to understand is that each individual is unique. Likewise, their issues may be different from other individuals. At times, various people may seem to suffer from similar problems, but the causes may be different. For example, a headache may be caused because of low blood pressure, high blood pressure, hangover, hunger, lack of sleep, stress and many other reasons. Though the end result is the same which is headache, the causes may be different in different cases. Depending on the causes, different treatments may be required to relieve various people suffering from headache.

Hence, stop looking for general solutions and try to find out what works for you. It is interesting to see that you choose a specific cream that suits your skin type, a specific soap, specific types of clothes as well as shoes; and all other specific types of things. You may even choose specific types of people who go well with you. Isn’t it good that you choose specific guidelines also, which work well to improve your personality; instead of trying anything and everything in general.

In order to treat a problem, you first need to identify it. If you are not successful in profession, relationships, education and/or other spheres of your life, after all your desires and efforts; it means your aura has specific types of negative energies which put limits on good results. In order to improve your chances; you’ll first need to identify these energies. Since energies form patterns and patterns mean habits, you’re supposed to look for specific habits.

Through good karmas, you need to gain sufficient positive energy. At the same time, through desires and efforts, you need to develop specific patterns which may help you achieve specific results.

Auras of most people contain mixtures of various types of positive and negative energies. Various types of positive energies may bless you with various types of good habits whereas various types of negative energies may trouble you with bad habits. We’ve already discussed that the subconscious is a creature of habit. Hence various patterns/scripts formed by various energies on your subconscious reflect in form of habits.

Specific types of negative energies create specific types of bad habits, tastes and flaws in us and we may suffer due to them. Since different people may have different types of negative energies, the reasons for their failures may be different, though the end results may be the same.

Hence you need to fix specific energies which cause specific habits; and the first step is to identify them. Such identification may be done, broadly in two ways. If you’re an aware type of person; you may look into yourself and find out what your flaws or bad habits are. If you’re not that aware; take help from people who are closest to you, since they may know you better than you. Ask them to tell you about your flaws and they may enlist most of them.

Once you’ve identified your problems, the next step is to deal with them. While trying to fix your problems; always keep in mind not to follow general guidelines. At times, they may not work for you and at times; they may hurt you. Taking an example, suppose you suffer from the problem of arguing too much. Hence you may face problems in profession and especially in relationships. Though general guidelines for improvement may advise you to learn more, be more informed and gain more confidence through such knowledge; such practices may aggravate this problem.

This is because you already have a habit of engaging in arguments; and more knowledge may add fuel to the fire. Hence you may end up having more and longer arguments which may cause even more problems for you. It means you need a different approach to fix this problem. Hence you need to learn to reduce this habit and at the same time; you need to make sure that you don’t supply yourself with more and more unnecessary information about various topics; at least till your problem is sorted.

Learning is a good habit but it may cause problems in some cases. More you learn; better you may be at presenting yourself and convincing other people. This is good in general. However, if you have a habit of arguing too much; learning more and more may aggravate this problem, as you may have more facts to support your arguments. Hence you should choose selective learning until this problem is sorted. It means you should learn what is required for your job and other important spheres and stay away from the rest. To summarize, you need to specifically identify your problems and then engage in specific measures to fix them. When you do that, you may witness improvement in many spheres of life.
